More Controls And Vibrio Save Fix

Hi we have added a new control button so players can enjoy two types of controls:

- Regular Vibrio follows finger in front of it.

- Mobile friendly Joystick that appear under finger.

We also fixed an issue related to the body switching after reloading the game!

There is also a new animation for the Purple Parazites and now they are pushed back by the Blue Bonuses!
